Let’s travel to Greece this summer by indulging in fine Mediterranean cuisine with a healthy twist and a fully vegan version.

APPETIZERS:

  • The Greek version of our favorite eggplant dish - babaganoush or Melitzanosalata

  • Greek salad with Tofu “feta” Cheese

  • Red Lentils Soups

  • Quinoa Tabouleh

ENTREES:

  • Vegan Gyros with homemade Gluten-Free Pita Bread and Tzatziki Sauce (that is already 3 recipes just in this meal)

  • Another main will be Dolmas - stuffed grape leaves.

DESSERT:

We will bake easy GF Almond Cookies with Homemade Berry Chia Jam.

    You will learn how to create truly easy vegan meals that you can make at home in no time. But it doesn’t mean the meals will be too simple. Each recipe is easy but bursting with flavors, aroma, and amazing taste.

My passion is to show you how plant-based foods can be versatile, delicious, and accessible to everyone, vegans and non-vegans.

Most importantly, you will learn a lot of recipes (up to 10 recipes total), lots of tricks and tips, will meet new people, and will have lots of fun!

We make almost every meal from scratch and you will love to see the process, learn a lot of new techniques, tips and tricks, nutritional info, and just have a wonderful soulful time in a small circle of like-minded guests.
