Course overview:

  • It is like a mini vegan lifestyle and plant-based culinary immersion course

  • We will cover the basics of everything. Starting from detoxing overview, juicing, smoothies, breakfast ideas, dressings, salads, soups, mains, desserts

  • Each class is MEGA packed with information, recipes, and hands-on cooking demos

  • I only show quick and delicious recipes that you can make at home at no time

  • These are my go-to staples and I used them all the time

  • You will finally have a structure on how to navigate your healthy cooking

  • Recipes are not just thrown together. You will learn to love spending your time (still very little time) in the kitchen in terms of showing love for yourself by making very elegant and amazingly full-filling meals

  • Most l recipes are quick and under 30-40 minutes max

  • I want to give you basics that will jump-start you to change your habitual eating to more fresh fruits, vegetables, and overall plant-based

  • Since each class has lots of recipes we will make enough just to sample each dish. The portions will be a generous sampling size, but not a full serving for each person. You still will not be hungry as all my samplings are very generous.

Summary of what you will get:

-   3 to 4 hours of hands-on class (mostly 4+ as all classes are jam-packed with recipes)
