Eat Plants Evelate’s Mission is to Transform Lives

I started Eat Plants Elevate because this way of eating changed my life. Eating clean, whole-food, plant-based foods healed my body, mind, and soul.

Eat Plants Elevate did not start as a business at first; I first began my journey of healing a compromised immune system, chronic sinusitis, migraines, ongoing inflammation, knee arthritis, and chronic fatigue. I was depended on antibiotics to keep fighting chronic sinusitis infection. As a result of constant antibiotics intake for years, my immune was wrecked. I was not able to get out of the vicious circle of being constantly sick.

After I went vegan in 2010 and started doing regular juice detoxes, I was finally able to heal from all the ongoing health issues. Within a year of going whole food plant-based, I got rid of all the medications. For over a decade now, I have been completely medicine-free and continue thriving on plants.

As I later began experimenting with vegan recipes to support my new holistic lifestyle, I fell in love with cooking with fresh and wholesome ingredients. I was asked to share my healthy food creations with my friends and began hosting cooking classes. Later, I started getting weekly requests to cook for local Bay Area families. This is how my business was born.

More Personal Facts About Me

I was born and raised in Ukraine. At age 20, I moved to New York City, where I built my career in finance on Wall Street. In 2015, I received a new promotion and relocated to the Bay Area, CA, for a new job.

All the time I worked on finance, my main interests were yoga, various holistic healing modalities, natural healing, and healthy cooking.

In 2010, I became a certified yoga teacher and began teaching group and private classes all over NYC in my free time from my day job. I also hosted and organized local and international yoga retreats.

In 2012, I received my certification as a holistic health coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.

The same year, I traveled to Costa Rica to study for a raw food chef internship. After returning to NYC, I started my cooking classes, first in raw vegan cuisine, and later, I also worked with cooked vegan foods. While I lived in NYC, I also had my own small business, which sold raw vegan desserts and chocolates.

I continued hosting cooking classes and private dining experiences in the Bay Area. As I started getting more requests to cook every week for private clients, I finally quit my corporate career and focused on cooking and teaching private yoga classes. In August 2024, I moved to the North Shore, Oahu, a dream place my soul had been calling me to for a while, and I am beyond grateful to call it my home now. I also enjoy painting (www.analeaartstudio.com) and surfing.
