Oh, Paris! La France. I visited France in May a few years ago and I think it is one of the best times to be in Paris.

You will learn delicate yet delicious recipes, that you can easily repeat at home.

We will start with a cooler - Butterfly Pea Lemonade.

For starters will have fragrant Cauliflower Fennel Soup with Toasted Hemp Seeds and Truffle Oil, Farm Salad with Green Goddess Dressing.

For mains, you will learn two meals: Vegan Crab Cakes served with charred Cord, Arugula, and Spicy Aoili. The second main will be - Oyster Mushroom Scallops with Mint Pea Puree.

Dessert will be delicate and rich in flavor Creamy Chocolate Ganache Tart.

You will learn how to create truly easy vegan meals that you can make at home in no time. But it doesn’t mean the meals will be too simple. Each recipe is easy but bursting with flavors, aroma, and amazing taste.

My passion is to show you how plant-based foods can be versatile, delicious, and accessible to everyone, vegans and non-vegans.

Most importantly, you will learn a lot of recipes (up to 10 recipes total), lots of tricks and tips, will meet new people, and will have lots of fun!

We make almost every meal from scratch and you will love to see the process, learn a lot of new techniques, tips and tricks, nutritional info, and just have a wonderful soulful time in a small circle of beautiful guests.
