A deeply supportive, premium meal prep service designed to bring ease, nourishment, and balance to your life.

Chef Analea creates fully customized plant-based menus, with portions and meal quantities tailored to your household—accommodating individual preferences, dietary needs, and even the pickiest eaters in your family.

What’s Included

  • Fully personalized weekly menus

  • Desired number of breakfasts, lunches, dinners, snacks, juices, smoothies, and desserts

  • Organic, clean, whole-food, and gluten-free ingredients

  • Meals tailored to your health goals: gut health, energy support, hormonal balance, weight loss, immune support, high-protein, athlete-focused, low-glycemic, oil-free, detox and cleanse, and more

  • In-home cooking or meals can be delivered & dropped off

  • Family-style or individually packaged meals for easy grab-and-go

  • Add-on grocery shopping service

  • Complimentary fridge restocking and organization for in-home cooking clients

    This service is also available for anyone vacationing on the island who wants help with grocery shopping, healthy family meals, and having everything taken care of—so you can truly relax

Investment: $70 per hour, with ingredients billed separately. Most clients average 5–7 hours weekly.
Minimum booking fee is $300, plus the cost of ingredients. Retainer-based clients receive special loyalty rates. Please contact to learn more.

About Analea

Eat Plants Elevate was born from my own healing journey.


After years of chronic health challenges, I embraced juicing, detoxing, and a fully plant-based lifestyle—and have been completely medicine-free since 2010. This amazing transformation in my own health, thanks to a clean, plant-based lifestyle, has sparked my passion for helping others experience the healing power of nourishing food.

My culinary path blends self-taught mastery with some formal training. I trained at Matthew Kenney Culinary School, completed raw-vegan chef training in Costa Rica, and worked as a line cook at Que Se Raw Se Raw - a raw vegan cafe in Burlingame, California. I am also a certified holistic health coach specializing in plant-based nutrition.

Being inspired by how plant-based diet changed my life I started offering cooking classes, which later grew to social supper club events. I was then asked to prepare meals for local families in the Bay Area, and that’s when I became a full-time personal chef.

My mission is simple: to nourish, simplify, and elevate your everyday eating with fresh, organic, plant-based meals crafted with care and aloha.

Beyond meal prep, I also offer the following services:
