Weekly Wellness Chef Services on Retainer
A deeply supportive, premium meal prep service designed to bring ease, nourishment, and balance to your lifestyle. Enjoy the comfort of knowing every meal in your home is wholesome, delicious, and thoughtfully prepared just for you. Chef Analea creates fully customized plant-based menus, with portions and meal quantities tailored to your household—accommodating individual preferences, dietary needs, and even the pickiest eaters in your family.

Desired number of breakfasts, lunches, dinners, snacks, juices, and desserts
Organic, clean, whole-food, and gluten-free ingredients

In-home cooking or meals can be delivered & dropped off

Complimentary fridge restocking and organization for in-home cooking clients
This service is also available for anyone vacationing on the island who wants help with grocery shopping, healthy family meals, and having everything taken care of—so you can truly relax
Investment: $70 per hour, with ingredients billed separately. Most clients average 4–7 hours weekly.
Minimum booking fee is $250, plus the cost of ingredients. Price already includes tax and service fee.

Eat Plants Elevate was born from my own healing journey.
After years of chronic health challenges, I embraced juicing, detoxing, and a fully plant-based lifestyle—and have been completely medicine-free since 2010. This amazing transformation in my own health, thanks to a clean, plant-based lifestyle, has sparked my passion for helping others experience the healing power of nourishing food.
My culinary path blends self-taught mastery with some formal training. I founded a raw vegan dessert business in NYC, worked as a chef at a raw vegan café in the Bay Area, and later served private families as a personal chef. I trained at Matthew Kenney Culinary School, completed raw-vegan chef training in Costa Rica, and am also a certified holistic health coach specializing in plant-based nutrition.
My mission is simple: to nourish, simplify, and elevate your everyday eating with fresh, organic, plant-based meals crafted with care and aloha.
Beyond meal prep, I also offer catering for private dinners, events, retreat chef services, grazing tables and boards.
I also run a sister business, Graze Elevated, a fully vegan mobile snack and s’mores cart, a perfect, elegant and healthy centerpiece for your event.
