Getting started is easy—just fill out a quick questionnaire to share your dietary needs, then schedule a call to discuss the details and receive your custom rate. Once everything’s set, we’ll choose your weekly cook day that fits your schedule.

Pay Your Invoice & Confirm Your Menu
Secure your booking by paying the invoice, then receive your customized menu by email 48 hours before your cooking day. You can review, approve, or request changes, and even add specific grocery items to the list. Your meals will be fully tailored to your tastes and dietary needs—easy, nutritious, and delicious.

Enjoy your Nourishing Meals
On your scheduled cooking day (or the night before), I’ll personally shop for the freshest, highest-quality ingredients and prepare all your meals. You’ll come home to freshly made meals and a spotless kitchen (Delivery/drop-off options are also available upon request). Meals can also be individually portioned if preferred. Simply reheat, relax, and enjoy your delicious, healthy, custom-made meals—completely stress-free!

Base Rate & Booking Details
My base rate is $80/hour with a 4-hour minimum booking, plus the cost of ingredients billed separately.
Booking time includes: • Menu planning and conceptualization • Grocery shopping (often at multiple stores and/or farms) • Commute to your home or office for delivery • Cooking and kitchen clean-up.
The hourly rate is all-inclusive, covering service fees and taxes.

For clients who prepay for a minimum of 4 weeks up to 3 months, I offer deeply discounted flat-fee packages. Please reach out for a custom quote and current availability.
