Ditch The Dairy!

Still, love a glass of milk or cheese?

If you want to heal your life and lose weight, then giving up dairy right away should be your number one priority.

I was there too. For a while, it was really hard for me to give up cheese.

I already was transitioning to a plant-based lifestyle but that delicious savory cheese flavor was a true addiction of mine.

Eventually, I overcame this addiction by changing my lifestyle and habits. The more greens, fresh fruits, organic juices, and smoothies I added to my daily routine, the less craving I had for cheese and other dairy products.

I had chronic sinusitis since the age of 13.

At the age of 24, I started having knee pain. It started with one knee, and then the severe pain went to the other one. I went to many doctors and was told it was inflammation or arthritis.

At that time I just got into yoga, and my yoga teacher was saying to give up all animal products, including dairy and cheese.

After a year of practicing with him, I gave up all dairy products.

My knee inflammation was gone, my chronic sinusitis was gone, and I felt amazing.

If you trying to lose weight and you think that hitting the gym with hardcore workouts and sweating will help you, it will not.

The subtle inflammation that is caused by the consumption of dairy, gluten, and animal products is what stops your body from losing weight.

The saturated fats, the puss, the hormones, antibiotics, bacteria, and yeast in all dairy products are what wreck your immune system.

Regenerating farming is not going to protect you from inflammation either.

The point of cow’s milk is for the baby calf to gain a tremendous amount of weight, hundreds of pounds, in the first few months after its birth. Do you have the need to gain hundreds of pounds too? Well, this is what cow’s milk is designed for.

Many people can’t lose weight and keep gaining more because they add dairy to their baking goods, butter to their toast, milk to pasta sauce, yogurt in every morning for breakfast, etc.

All types of dairy, even the “happy cows” cause inflammation.

Ditch all the dairy if you want to get your health back.
