Overnight Pumpkin Chia Oats
Overnight pumpkin chia oats
2 tbsp chia
3-4 tbsp GF oats
3 heaping tbsp pumpkin puree
1/2 tsp pumpkin spice (adjust to taste)
1/4 tsp vanilla powder/liquid (cuz I like extra vanilla)
1 tbsp maple
1 1/2 to 1 3/4 cup plant milk
Add to a small mason jar. Stir, mix, shake. Keep in the fridge overnight or min for 2 hrs to cool down.
