Post-cardio workout smoothie
1 banana
3/4 cup frozen strawberries
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tbsp raw cacao powder
1 tsp maca powder
1/2 or more water to blend
1 date for more sweetness (optional)
Fresh ginger and turmeric - optional. But I add it to mostly every smoothie now since fresh turmeric and ginger are the best remedies for preventing any viruses. Both roots have antimicrobial properties, fight off parasites in the body, cleanse and enhance the immune system
