Cooking Workshop & Brunch: Flavors of Asia

  • Burlingame, CA United States (map)

$120 - Early Bird before 03/16/22, $135 - after.

One of the easiest yet so flavorful, fresh, and filling recipes with Asian flavors.

You will learn how to create truly easy vegan meals that you can make at home in no time. But it doesn’t mean the meals will be too simple. Each recipe is easy but bursting with flavors, aroma, and amazing taste.

My passion is to show you how plant-based foods can be versatile, delicious, and accessible to everyone, vegans and non-vegans.

In this Asian-themed class, you will learn how to make gluten-free and healthy red Thai curry kelp noodles and mushroom soup. Super easy, warm, with a hint of spice, and perfect for anyone watching their weight.

Side salad will include avocado, cucumbers, and wakame. Wakame is a superfood, a seaweed, rich in minerals, that is very nutritious.

For the main we will make two meals: rice noodles with miso-glazed tofu spiced up peanut sauce finished with fresh herbs. This meal will make you savor each bite. Another meal will be garlic chili Japanese Eggplant with wild rice. I guarantee this super easy and flavorful meal will become your go-to dinner to make in a matter of minutes.

For dessert, we will make our own almond milk, then transform it into a jelly with healthy agar-agar instead of gelatine, topped with brown sugar syrup (you will have an option to sub with date syrup), and fresh mango.

You will learn a lot of recipes as always I love sharing in abundance in each class. We make almost every meal from scratch and you will love to see the process, learn a lot of new techniques, tips and tricks, nutritional info, and just have a wonderful soulful time in a small circle of beautiful guests.

You can register by clicking the button below or PayPal innarevia@gmail.cok (friend option please) or Venmo inna-revina (3730 last 4 digits phone #).

I am looking forward to seeing you in the class!
