What are some signs you are dehydrated?
decreased coordination
fatigue
loss of clear thinking
dry mouth
yellow, orange or dark color urine in severe cases of dehydration (in well-hydrated body urine is clear unless taking some medications/vitamins it can become bright yellow from it, that’s ok)
hunger is often can be a sign of dehydration too

- do not drink iced water
