What are some signs you are dehydrated?

  • decreased coordination

  • fatigue

  • loss of clear thinking

  • dry mouth

  • yellow, orange or dark color urine in severe cases of dehydration (in well-hydrated body urine is clear unless taking some medications/vitamins it can become bright yellow from it, that’s ok)

  • hunger is often can be a sign of dehydration too

- 64 oz a day

- do not drink iced water

- drink water 30 min before and after the meal, and do not drink with the meals
