Have you tried rebounding?
It is one of the best exercises for keeping your entire body healthy!
Only 20 minutes a day will have a great effect on your overall well-being.
Rebounding on a mini trampoline helps to move the lymph. It’s where all the stagnant energy and cells.
Since the lymph doesn’t have a pump of its own, as cardiovascular system has, we need to help it move.
Lymph is directly connected to our immune system.
Aside from removing extra fluids from tissues, lymph is the first defense mechanism against viruses and bacteria.
It signals through lymphatic nodes that something serious has entered our bodies.
The lymphatic system is not only a drainage portal. It actually plays a vital role in helping to absorb nutrients after each meal. It actually transports some of the nutrients from a small intestine to the heart, where they join the next round of arterial-rich blood. This rebounding helps with the proper absorption of fats and fatty acids.
Lymph transports white blood cells, our body’s defense mechanism.
It helps with weight loss, gets rid of toxins, cancer cells, and trapped protein, and strengthens the immune system.
I have had a mini trampoline for years. I’ve heard about it before but when I first attended Tony Robbin’s seminar back in 2008 he was talking about rebounding and said that this is the most single important exercise he does in order to keep him in a peak-performance state and start off his day.
At Health Mastery Institute we also learn about the amazing benefits of rebounding.
I like to rebound first thing in the morning for 15 - 20 minutes. Then I also take shorter breaks from sitting all day at the desk and rebound couple more times at least for 5 minutes throughout the day.
Do not skip this easy and at the same time such incredible tool for keeping yourself healthy. Blast your favorite music and be as a kid as you jump on a mini trampoline daily.
