Raw Raspberry Chia Jam

Raw Raspberry Chia Jam

1 tbsp chia seeds, soaked in 2-3 tbsp water until water absorbed
1 cup fresh raspberries, mashed with a fork until pureed
1 tsp maple/date syrup, or another liquid sweetener to taste

In a bowl mix all ingredients together. Pour into a glass jar and keep refrigerated for a few days.
