Avocado Chocolate Mousse


2 ripe avocados (or 1 avocado + 1 banana)
2-3 tbsp maple syrup (more to taste)
2 tbsp raw cacao powder
½ tsp vanilla extract
4 tbsp almond milk (or more, added gradually to help blend)

Combine all in food processor, adding almond milk or water slowly in parts, until creamy consistency
