Free Guided Deep Healing Relaxation

I recorded a deep healing relaxation guide for you.

It is also called Savasana in yoga practice.

It is a slightly shorter version, the total time of the recording with the instructors is only 16 minutes. (My yoga teacher would do an entire hour-long class just on this practice alone).

I love doing it in the morning sometimes too. And it’s always a great way to end your day before going to sleep.

My teacher, Dharma Mittra says, “20 minutes of deep healing relaxation will save you 2 hrs of sleep”. And also “Relaxation is the best antidote for impurities”.

What is exactly Savasana?

Savasana or corpse pose is done when one is lying down on their back, with legs and arms straight, and both arms apart from the body, and with apart, legs wider than hips.

Relaxation of muscles is important as it brings radiant health.

Even just 10 minutes of deep relaxation will help the thoughts and breathing slow down.

This relaxation can remove fatigue, anxiety, depression, cravings, and headaches.

It can also rejuvenate and re-energize the entire body.

Savasana helps to normalize circulatory system function.

When done regularly and with pure intentions, this practice can provide for better intuition and perception.

This practice is inspired by my beloved yoga teacher, Sri Dharma Mittra, whom I studied with for many years.
