Benefits of Lemon Peel

Lemon peel has a higher concentration of vitamins and nutrients by about 5 to 10 times.

1. Only use ORGANIC lemons.
2. A thorough washing and cleaning is very important using the skin of a lemon. Soak and wash them properly with a 3% Hydrogen Peroxide Food Grade Solution to remove all possible pollutants
3. Grate lemon peel into a glass jar
4. Pour a little bit of hot water (do not use boiling water as it is too high temperature. I use an electric kettle with a temperature setting at 180F)
5. Let the lemon peel steep a bit.
6. Add more room-temperature water of filtered water and squeeze lemon juice
7. Drink first thing in the morning as your daily lemon water ritual
8. Drink through a glass straw to protect teeth enamel
