About In-Person Cooking Class & Brunch Experience.

Join me for a soulful gathering around healthy foods - a cooking master class and a brunch event.

My cooking classes are all about sharing my love for healthy and delicious meals. Gathering around food is one of the ways to bring us all together in a warm and welcoming atmosphere of like-minded individuals. I show you how to create delicious easy vegan meals from just a few ingredients.

Regular cooking classes are held at my home kitchen in Burlingame (unless specified otherwise), so you can feel at ease in the everyday kitchen setting. Everyone is welcome, no prior cooking experience is needed.

You also do not need to be vegan or plant-based. This class is for you to learn more healthy cooking recipes and get inspired.

You can also choose to participate in the preparation of the food or simply observe the cooking process.

Each class is very interactive, with a lot of valuable information on the best kitchen tools to use, cooking techniques, tips, and nutritional information.

After we are done with the cooking, we sit down at the beautiful elegant table to enjoy all of our meals.

I usually give a lot of recipes and therefore each class has up to 6 full-portioned meals, which in itself is 9-10 individual recipes. All ingredients are 100% organic and always gluten-free.

You will be left recharged, inspired, and confident to start cooking back at home.

My next cooking class and brunch will be on July 15th, Saturday.
Come join me for healthy vegan Spanish cooking.

All recipes are quick and easy to make and good to have when you are busy.

We will start with Refreshing Strawberry Hibiscus Aquafresca.

Then for appetizers will have Mushroom Frittata and Smoked Paprika Hummus.

For the mains, we will make comforting and grounding Beefless Portobello Potato Veggie Stew, and also vegan Paella.

For dessert we will make healthier versions of churros to avoid frying them in oil - we will make Churro-like Donuts dipped in melted Chocolate
