GENERAL INFO ABOUT IN-PERSON GROUP COOKING CLASSES
A soulful gathering and learning how to create delicious plant-based meals with just a few simple ingredients.
“Foods for Vitality” cooking classes are all about sharing the love for healthy and delicious meals. Gathering around food is one of the ways to bring us all together in a warm and welcoming atmosphere of like-minded individuals.
My regular cooking classes are held in my home kitchen in Burlingame (unless specified otherwise), so you can feel comfortable and at ease in the everyday kitchen setting. Everyone is welcome, and no prior experience is needed. You can participate in the preparation of the food or simply observe the cooking process.
Each class is very interactive, with a lot of valuable information on the best kitchen tools to use, cooking techniques and tips, and nutritional guidance. After we are done with the cooking part, we sit down at the beautiful elegant table to enjoy all of our meals. You will be left recharged, inspired, and confident to start cooking back at home.

ABOUT THIS CLASS
Let’s create some really easy vegan meals yet flavorful, filling, and versatile.
This time the class will have a slightly different format.
What is new in this class?
You will actually make full-size portions of each recipe for yourself. We will have a total of 3 full meals that you will make, pack in a box-to-go, and take home. How awesome is that!
Also, you will be welcomed with a light snack as you enter the event. Then you will be working in small groups of 2-3 people to make all recipes as I will be also guiding you through how-to.
Each of you will make enough to fill up 3 separate take-out containers (1 per each recipe) to take home. If you wish, you can, of course, eat one of the meals at the end of the class and still take two to go. It’s up to you and how hungry you will be :)
