Green Smoothie Bowl
2-3 leaves of curly kale
1-2 ripe bananas
1 orange, peeled
1 tbsp raw almond butter
1/2 inch fresh ginger root
1/2 cup water
Blend until smooth. Add any toppings: fresh/dried/frozen fruits, nuts/seeds.
It is more fun to eat your smoothie with a spoon and take in additional fresh fruits and protein/omegas (chia seeds, walnuts, flax seeds) with your smoothie.
