Do you Meditate?
Meditation. It’s talked a lot about and many know it has tremendous value in someone’s life. But why it is so hard for many to commit to a daily practice of only 20 minutes in the morning and 20 minutes in the evening?
We hear a lot about “mind over matter” but in Yoga, it’s a lot about “mind over mind”.
The reasons for not doing daily meditation practice can be: I’m too busy, I don’t have time; It’s uncomfortable to sit still for a long time; My mind won’t stop thinking; It’s too noisy; I don’t find any benefits in it; I will not be able to be good at it, ever; It’s just not for me, these are all New Age things. And the list goes on and on.
