Benefits of Sun Salutation

Best to practice in the morning on an empty stomach.


Sun Salutations consist of 12 postures, that are repeated as many times as you wish. It is recommended to do 10 rounds a day in the morning to start off your day with an awakened body and mind.


Move slowly from pose to pose, following your breath, and focusing on the long inhale and exhale. Make it a practice to keep the attention on the breath and turn the awareness inward.

Every time offer this practice to the Supreme Self.
