Avocado Breakfast Smoothie

My favorite breakfast smoothie!

It’s so easy to make with just three ingredients: Avocado, Apple, Orange. That’s it!

  • 1 sweet apple (with the skin, cut in chunks)

  • 1 orange (skin removed, cut in chunks)

  • 1 ripe avocado (flesh scooped with the spoon)

  • 1/2 glass of water

Blend all until smooth
