Navigating Candida Protocol: Quick and Easy Phase 2 Recipes

If you are following Heal Candida Now amazing protocol created by @hminutritionschool then you know that Phase 2 is when you can have foods only from the allowed produce list.

To be committed to this 3-months journey is absolutely incredible as this program is life-changing.

But, at the same time, you might feel overwhelmed as there is a lot to do still.

There is still a daily green juice, daily almond milk, detoxifier drink, and detoxifier soup. Plus you’d need to follow the approved list of ingredients to the T otherwise you can set yourself back from all work you already put into it.

So for me, having quick and easy ideas of what to make in Phase 2 is why I am posting some of these recipes as I myself going through this program now.

The picture might not be so appetizing but when you have work, family, and need to follow the protocol, quick and easy recipe ideas are what matters.

Choose any white beans. Preferably buy them in bulk, dry. Then soak and cook yourself.

If you opt-out for canned beans, make sure they are 100% organic and only in BPA-free lined can. Do not risk with any other cans.
Then rinse them really well until all slimy and foamy liquid will be totally washed off.
