Aloha, I’m Analea. I am a Private Chef & Certified Holistic Health Coach, specializing in plant-based nutrition (IIN & HMI Wellness).
Thanks to plant-based nutrition, I healed from chronic health issues and have been medicine-free, thriving on plants since 2010. Knowing firsthand how food impacts health, I now help busy people by preparing clean, vegan, nutritionally balanced meals—so they can feel their best without the stress.

How It Works
Tell me your goals & desired meals
Either based on your needs or based on my proposed wellness plan, I will create delicious custom weekly menus, tailored to your health goals, lifestyle, and favorite flavors.
I do all the grocery shopping
I then will shop for the cleanest, organic, and gluten-free ingredients. As an add-on service, I can also stock up your pantry with your favorite items.
I do all the cooking
After we agree on the service day, I will cook for you weekly on that day. Meals can be cooked at your home or dropped off upon request.
