Eat Plants Elevate’s job is to make your life easier by designing personalized weekly menus and preparing your favorite meals.

Chef Analea guides and supports her clients with fully customized, nutritious, and well-balanced meals.

Hi, I am Analea. I am a certified holistic health coach and self-taught vegan chef. I help clients save their precious time by providing highly customized ongoing chef services. I cook with clean, plant-based ingredients and create delicious and nutritious meals.

Personalized chef services can be a great fit if you want to detox, lose weight, and reduce sugar and sodium intake. Or you are a vegan athlete who needs to add more high-protein meals and have macros counted. You or your loved ones might need help with cooking chores while recovering from an illness. Or you don’t have time to cook but still want to eat healthy.

I prepare well-balanced meals that nourish your body, mind, and soul and awaken your senses and appetite with each bite.

Chef Services on Retainer

Hourly Rate + Cost of Ingredients

  • Any number of breakfasts, lunches, dinners, desserts, and kid-approved snacks

  • Additional services such as macros counting, detox/cleanse diets, following your nutritionist’s protocols or the one I recommend, vegan high-protein meals, sugar-free, oil-free, low-fat, sodium-free, etc

  • Additional services such as shopping for and stocking up your fridge with your favorite ingredients/condiments

  • All menus are highly personalized to your favorite flavors and dietary needs

The hourly rate is $85/hour, and the cost of ingredients is billed separately. The minimum booking time is 4 hours.

In addition to the actual cooking time spent in the kitchen, you will be billed for the following tasks I perform beyond the kitchen at the reduced hourly rate of $50/hr:

  • Time spent creating and designing custom menus; time spent doing macro calculations (upon request), grocery shopping for you (which more often than not requires driving to multiple stores to source the cleanest and best-quality ingredients), commute time (when applicable), actual cooking time, and post-cooking kitchen clean-up.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • You need not eat a 100% plant-based diet to become my client.

    You can add just a few days' worth of clean, plant-based meals or dinners prepared for you and your family. This way, you will be ensured to consume clean, antiinflammatory meals several days a week and enjoy time out with your friends and family eating out your other favorite meals.

  • Yes, you absolutely will!

    A properly planned and diverse plant-based diet is an excellent source of protein.

    For example, all greens contain protein, including dark green leafy greens such as kale, chard, and spinach.

    Also, grains, such as quinoa, have significant amounts of protein.

    Beans, legumes, organic soy products, and nuts and seeds are good protein sources.

    The key to getting enough protein on a plant-based diet is to consume various vegetables and rotate them often. Therefore, I design my menus with a variety of plant-based protein sources.

    According to the CDC: β€œGenerally, patients on a plant-based diet are not at risk for protein deficiency. Proteins are made up of amino acids, some of which, called essential amino acids, cannot be synthesized by the body and must be obtained from food. Essential amino acids are found in meat, dairy products, and eggs, as well as many plant-based foods, such as quinoa.

    Essential amino acids can also be obtained by eating certain combinations of plant-based foods. Examples include brown rice with beans, and hummus with whole wheat pita.

    Therefore, a well-balanced, plant-based diet will provide adequate amounts of essential amino acids and prevent protein deficiency.

    Soybeans and foods made from soybeans are good sources of protein and may help lower levels of low-density lipoprotein in the blood and reduce the risk of hip fractures and some cancers.” Read the full article here.

  • The majority of my clients benefit from weekly meal prep services. This allows me to better understand the clients' preferences and tastes and continue providing higher-level service.

    Depending on my availability, you can book my services from one time to every week, as well as bi-weekly or monthly services.

  • Unlike many food delivery or other meal prep services, I do not offer price-per-meal type of services.

    I work on a 1-on-1 basis with private clients to personalize all the menus and ingredients based on their needs.

    My rate is $90 per hour, with a minimum booking time of 4 hours. The cost of ingredients is billed separately.

    For committed and ongoing retainer weekly clients, I provide a special flat rate fee. Please contact them to learn more.
