MEET THE CHEF

Hi, I am Analea. I am a certified holistic health coach and self-taught vegan chef. I help clients save precious time by providing highly customized weekly chef services. If you don't like to cook, don’t have time to cook, or don’t know what meals are healthy, I can help you with all the cooking chores.

Thanks to a whole-food, plant-based lifestyle, I fully healed from all the chronic issues I had since I was a teenager. As a result, I gave up all prescription medications, and since 2010, I have been entirely medicine-free and continue thriving on plants. My greatest joy is now helping clients transform their health and wellness with healing, nutritious meals.

Even though I am fully vegan myself and cook only plant-based meals, you don’t have to be eating an entirely vegan diet to be my client. Many of my clients aren’t vegan at all. But they all know that eating plant-rich food benefits their health, and that’s why they love getting 3 to 4 days’ worth of prepared nutritious and clean meals. Even with the plant-based movement getting significant growth, there are still a lot of vegan meals that are not truly healthy and are made of highly processed and even harmful ingredients.

I create nutritious and wholesome meals using organic, gluten-free ingredients. Each meal is tailored to suit your personal preferences and lifestyle requirements.

What is included Personal Chef Services

I come to your home at the agreed date and time to prepare all the meals. Meals can be stored as a family style, or individually portions per your request.

Cleaning your kitchen after the cooking is done to make sure it will be the same as you left it for me to work at.

I will take care of all the grocery shopping and save you time and multiple trips to multiple stores. I source the highest quality, fresh, and organic ingredients.

Customized Chef Services on Retainer

Chef’s rate + Cost of Ingredients, billed separately

I am 100% committed to nourishing you and your family with high-quality, whole-food, and clean plant-based ingredients. All meals are handcrafted to your dietary needs and customized to your preferences.

Chef services are available on a retainer with a minimum 1- to 3-month contract. 

  • Any number of breakfasts, lunches, dinners, desserts, and kid-approved snacks

  • Additional services such as macros counting, detox/cleanse diets, following your nutritionist’s protocols or the one I recommend, vegan high-protein meals, sugar-free, oil-free, low-fat, sodium-free, etc

  • Additional services such as shopping for and stocking up your fridge with your favorite ingredients/condiments

  • All menus are highly personalized to your favorite flavors and dietary needs

  • Complimentary, weekly 45-minute health consultation call

My chef’s rate is $85/hour, and the minimum booking is 4 hours. The average menu takes around 6 hours to create, including shopping time, travel, cooking, and clean-up.

I offer different pricing tiers and flat-rate fees depending on your commitment length. Most clients benefit from becoming my retainer clients with a minimum commitment of 1 to 3 months. Please contact me to learn more.

  • You need not eat a 100% plant-based diet to become my client.

    You can add just a few days' worth of clean, plant-based meals or dinners prepared for you and your family. This way, you will be ensured to consume clean, antiinflammatory meals several days a week and enjoy time out with your friends and family eating out your other favorite meals.

  • Yes, you absolutely will!

    A properly planned and diverse plant-based diet is an excellent source of protein.

    For example, all greens contain protein, including dark green leafy greens such as kale, chard, and spinach.

    Also, grains, such as quinoa, have significant amounts of protein.

    Beans, legumes, organic soy products, nuts, and seeds are good protein sources.

    The key to getting enough protein on a plant-based diet is to consume various vegetables and rotate them often. Therefore, I design my menus with a variety of plant-based protein sources to make sure you are getting adequate amount of protein with each serving.

    According to the CDC: β€œGenerally, patients on a plant-based diet are not at risk for protein deficiency. Proteins are made up of amino acids, some of which, called essential amino acids, cannot be synthesized by the body and must be obtained from food. Essential amino acids are found in meat, dairy products, and eggs, as well as many plant-based foods, such as quinoa.

    Essential amino acids can also be obtained by eating certain combinations of plant-based foods. Examples include brown rice with beans, and hummus with whole wheat pita.

    Therefore, a well-balanced, plant-based diet will provide adequate amounts of essential amino acids and prevent protein deficiency.

    Soybeans and foods made from soybeans are good sources of protein and may help lower levels of low-density lipoprotein in the blood and reduce the risk of hip fractures and some cancers.” Read the full article here.

  • Most of my clients benefit from weekly meal prep services. This allows me to understand their preferences and tastes better and continue providing higher-level service.

    I also offer one-time meal prep services at any desired frequency (e.g., every two weeks, once a month).

  • Unlike many food delivery or other meal prep services, I do not offer price-per-meal type of services.

    I work on a 1-on-1 basis with private clients to personalize all the menus and ingredients based on their needs.

    My rate is $85 per hour, and the minimum booking time is 4 hours. The cost of ingredients is billed separately.
