Eat Plants Elevate provides personalized, whole-food, 100% vegan meals to those who don’t have time to cook, don’t like cooking, or don’t know what to cook but still want to eat healthy.

Eat Plants Elevate’s job is to make your life easier by curating healthy menus and preparing your favorite meals with your favorite ingredients.

Chef Analea guides and supports her clients with fully customized, nutritious, and delicious vegan foods.

Hi, I am Analea. I am passionate about healthy cooking and holistic wellness.

Thanks to a whole-food plant-based lifestyle I naturally healed from long-term health issues and as a result I’ve been completely medicine-free for over a decade now. Inspired by my own life-changing journey, I now help clients to eat healthier.

As a certified holistic health coach and passionate clef-taught chef, I prepare clean, well-balanced, nutritious meals and guide them achieve their health goals.

Whether you want to get more energy, need to detox or lose weight, want to have macros counted, need vegan high-protein meals, or custom foods while recovering from an illness, or simply you don’t have time to cook, I can help with all your cooking chores.

I prepare delicious home-cooked meals that nourish your body, mind, and soul and also awaken your senses and appetite with each bite.

Standard Package

Weeknight Nourishing Dinners

  • Three well-balanced nutritious dinners (rich vegan protein entrees + sides)

  • Four servings per meal

  • All menus are customized to your favorite flavors and/or dietary restrictions

Cost: $600*, including cost of all the ingredients

Free commute/delivery North Shore. Other locations will have an additional travel fee.

Premium Package

Elevate Your Health

  • Any number of breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and kid-approved snacks

  • Additional services such as macros counting, special detox/cleanse diets, following your nutritionist’s protocols or the ones I recommend, zero sugar, oil-free, low-fat, etc

  • Shopping for and stocking up your fridge with your favorite ingredients

  • All menus are highly personalized to your favorite flavors and/or dietary restrictions

Rate: $85/hour, 4 hours minimum booking

Food costs are billed separately.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • You need not eat a 100% plant-based diet to become my client.

    You can add just a few days' worth of clean, plant-based meals or dinners prepared for you and your family. This way, you will be ensured to consume clean, antiinflammatory meals several days a week and enjoy time out with your friends and family eating out your other favorite meals.

  • Yes, you absolutely will!

    A properly planned and diverse plant-based diet is an excellent source of protein.

    For example, all greens contain protein, including dark green leafy greens such as kale, chard, and spinach.

    Also, grains, such as quinoa, have significant amounts of protein.

    Beans, legumes, organic soy products, and nuts and seeds are good protein sources.

    The key to getting enough protein on a plant-based diet is to consume various vegetables and rotate them often. Therefore, I design my menus with a variety of plant-based protein sources.

    According to the CDC: “Generally, patients on a plant-based diet are not at risk for protein deficiency. Proteins are made up of amino acids, some of which, called essential amino acids, cannot be synthesized by the body and must be obtained from food. Essential amino acids are found in meat, dairy products, and eggs, as well as many plant-based foods, such as quinoa.

    Essential amino acids can also be obtained by eating certain combinations of plant-based foods. Examples include brown rice with beans, and hummus with whole wheat pita.

    Therefore, a well-balanced, plant-based diet will provide adequate amounts of essential amino acids and prevent protein deficiency.

    Soybeans and foods made from soybeans are good sources of protein and may help lower levels of low-density lipoprotein in the blood and reduce the risk of hip fractures and some cancers.” Read the full article here.

  • The majority of my clients benefit from weekly meal prep services. This allows me to better understand the clients' preferences and tastes and continue providing higher-level service.

    Depending on my availability, you can book my services from one time to every week, as well as bi-weekly or monthly services.

  • Unlike many food delivery or other meal prep services, I do not offer price-per-meal type of services.

    I work on a 1-on-1 basis with private clients to personalize all the menus and ingredients based on their needs.

    My rate is $90 per hour, with a minimum booking time of 4 hours. The cost of ingredients is billed separately.

    For committed and ongoing retainer weekly clients, I provide a special flat rate fee. Please contact them to learn more.
