I’m a certified holistic health coach and a self-taught vegan cook, passionate about helping you save time and nourish your body through personalized chef services and weekly meal prep.

After years of relying on medications and antibiotics, I turned to plant-based nutrition—and it completely transformed my life. I healed myself naturally and have been medicine-free for over a decade. That journey sparked a deep love for creating healing meals, and now it’s my mission to help others feel their best through the power of plants.

Whether you don’t have time to cook, feel overwhelmed in the kitchen, or simply want to eat healthier without the stress, I’m here to make your life easier and more delicious.

You don’t have to be vegan to enjoy my meals—many of my clients aren’t! But they all value the benefits of a plant-rich lifestyle. Most receive three to five days’ worth of nourishing, fully plant-based meals each week to support their health and simplify their routines.

I use only high-quality, organic (unless available), gluten-free, and whole-food ingredients. Every meal is crafted with love and tailored to your unique dietary needs, flavor preferences, and lifestyle.

  • You need not eat a 100% plant-based diet to become my client.

    You can add just a few days' worth of clean, plant-based meals or dinners prepared for you and your family. This way, you will be ensured to consume clean, antiinflammatory meals several days a week and enjoy time out with your friends and family eating out your other favorite meals.

  • Yes, you absolutely will!

    A properly planned and diverse plant-based diet is an excellent source of protein.

    For example, all greens contain protein, including dark green leafy greens such as kale, chard, and spinach.

    Also, grains, such as quinoa, have significant amounts of protein.

    Beans, legumes, organic soy products, nuts, and seeds are good protein sources.

    The key to getting enough protein on a plant-based diet is to consume various vegetables and rotate them often. Therefore, I design my menus with a variety of plant-based protein sources to make sure you are getting adequate amount of protein with each serving.

    According to the CDC: “Generally, patients on a plant-based diet are not at risk for protein deficiency. Proteins are made up of amino acids, some of which, called essential amino acids, cannot be synthesized by the body and must be obtained from food. Essential amino acids are found in meat, dairy products, and eggs, as well as many plant-based foods, such as quinoa.

    Essential amino acids can also be obtained by eating certain combinations of plant-based foods. Examples include brown rice with beans, and hummus with whole wheat pita.

    Therefore, a well-balanced, plant-based diet will provide adequate amounts of essential amino acids and prevent protein deficiency.

    Soybeans and foods made from soybeans are good sources of protein and may help lower levels of low-density lipoprotein in the blood and reduce the risk of hip fractures and some cancers.” Read the full article here.

  • Most of my clients benefit from weekly meal prep services. This allows me to understand their preferences and tastes better and continue providing higher-level service.

    I also offer one-time meal prep services at any desired frequency (e.g., every two weeks, once a month).

  • Unlike many food delivery or other meal prep services, I do not offer price-per-meal type of services.

    I work on a 1-on-1 basis with private clients to personalize all the menus and ingredients based on their needs.

    My rate is $85 per hour, and the minimum booking time is 4 hours. The cost of ingredients is billed separately.
