Quick and Easy Avocado Bean Mash Recipe

Need a quick filling snack, breakfast, or side dish idea?

Avocado bean mash. Use any white beans.

Easy side dish, or a spread on a breakfast toast (I had mine on Candida-friendly seed crackers), or add to your dinner bowl with rice, to any veggies, or to a salad.

1/2 can white beans, drained, rinsed well (organic and from BPA-free can only; best if soak and boil dry beans)
1 ripe avocado
Juice from 1/2 small lemon or more, adjust to taste

2 tbsp chopped dill, cilantro, or parsley, to your taste (I like fresh dill)

Optional seasoning:
Salt
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Smoked paprika spice
Chipotle power
Cayenne/Crushed Chili flakes
Nutritional yeast
Furikake
Raw or toasted hemp seeds/sunflower seeds
Freshly grated lemon zest

With the fork mash beans, avocado, and lemon juice.

Add any seasoning of your liking.
